Manufactured to robust high specification the unit is CE Approved and designed for catering applications where larger quantities of food are required.

The unit is powder coated for easy cleaning and is fitted with a Heavy Duty Cast Iron Pan Support and powered by a patented JP21 Phoenix Turbo Burner (high powered 21 jet atmospheric burner) or a 32 Multi Jet Burner for either Natural Gas or LPG.

Ideal use; Asian & Chinese cooking, Hotels & Catering establishments, Community Centres & Out-door catering facilities.
