COVID-19 Update

We are currently still open and are committed to maintaining the fuel supply to our customers during these uncertain times. We would like to reassure all our customers that we will continue to maintain our services and adhere to government safety guidelines to protect our customers, our staff members and of course all our families at this time. We have so far only experienced minor issues within our supply chain.  

Gas Deliveries 

We have advised our drivers to restrict as much as possible the amount of customer contact when making deliveries. Wherever possible, we request that you leave your empty cylinder in a safe place outside your premises for us to exchange if you have ordered a refill. We have also temporarily suspended our SATURDAY services.

Payment for Telephone Orders

We have suspended cash on delivery as a payment method – all orders must be paid by card over the phone or web.

Appliance Deliveries via Couriers

We currently use DPD, TNT and Parcelforce for deliveries of heaters and appliances. These carriers currently also have individual policies to minimise contact with customers.
