We are currently still open and are committed to maintaining the fuel supply to our customers during these uncertain times. We would like to reassure all our customers that we will continue to maintain our services and adhere to government safety guidelines to protect our customers, our staff members and of course all our families at this time. We have so far only experienced minor issues within our supply chain.
Our gas delivery service is fully operational and we have advised our drivers to restrict as much as possible the amount of customer contact when making deliveries. Wherever possible, we request that you leave your empty cylinder in a safe place outside your premises for us to exchange if you have ordered a refill.
Appliance Deliveries via Couriers
We currently use DPD, TNT and Parcelforce for deliveries of heaters and appliances. These carriers currently also have individual policies to minimise contact with customers. Furthermore due to high demand within their carrier networks and sorting hubs, the chance of parcel mishandling has increased however we will rectify any damaged item issues in due course. Please bear with us if this does occur.
All orders must be prepaid. Please place your order online, select the "STORE PICKUP" option on the checkout page and bring your order reference during our opening hours.
