Cancelling Your Order

  • You can cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our team as soon as possible.

  • If your order has already been loaded for delivery, cancellation may not be possible, and you may be charged a failed delivery fee.

Returning Products

  • Gas Cylinders:

    • You can return unused, full gas cylinders for a full refund, provided they are in good condition and have not been connected or used.

    • Partially used or empty gas cylinders cannot be returned for a gas refund, however, they can be returned to reclaim any applicable cylinder deposit — as long as the cylinder is in good condition.

  • Accessories & Other Products:

    • Non-gas items (like heaters or regulators) can be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging.

    • Refunds are processed once we inspect the returned items and confirm they are in resalable condition.

Cylinder Deposits & Free Collection

  • If you have paid a cylinder deposit and no longer require the cylinder, we will arrange free collection at a convenient time.

  • Once we collect the cylinder and check it’s in acceptable condition, we’ll process your deposit refund by BACS (bank transfer).

  • Lost or damaged cylinders may be subject to deductions.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Exceptions

  • Refunds for gas cannot be issued for partially used or empty cylinders — only for the deposit where applicable.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for gas that has already been used.
